Proposition 1

Shall the City of Bixby, Oklahoma, incur an indebtedness by issuing its bonds in one or more series in the sum of twelve million two hundred thousand dollars ($12,200,000) to be issued in series to provide funds for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, improving and repairing streets within said City, and levy and collect an annual tax, in addition to all other taxes, upon all the taxable property in such district sufficient to pay the interest on such bonds as it falls due and also to constitute a sinking fund for the payment of the principal thereof when due, said bonds to bear interest at not to exceed the rate of ten percent (10%) per year, payable semiannually and to become due serially within fifteen (15) years from their date?

Shall the City of Bixby, Oklahoma, incur an indebtedness by issuing its bonds in one or more series in the sum of six million dollars ($6,000,000) to be issued in series to provide funds for the purpose of purchasing, constructing, equipping and improving public parks and recreation facilities within said City, to be owned exclusively by said City, and levy and collect an annual tax, in addition to all other taxes, upon all the taxable property in such district sufficient to pay the interest on such bonds as it falls due and also to constitute a sinking fund for the payment of the principal thereof when due, said bonds to bear interest at not to exceed the rate of ten percent (10%) per year, payable semiannually and to become due serially within fifteen (15) years from their date?

Shall the City of Bixby, Oklahoma, incur an indebtedness by issuing its bonds in one or more series in the sum of one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) to be issued in series to provide funds for the purpose of constructing and equipping a new fire station within said City, to be owned exclusively by said City, and levy and collect an annual tax, in addition to all other taxes, upon all the taxable property in such district sufficient to pay the interest on such bonds as it falls due and also to constitute a sinking fund for the payment of the principal thereof when due, said bonds to bear interest at not to exceed the rate of ten percent (10%) per year, payable semiannually and to become due serially within fifteen (15) years from their date?

Shall the City of Bixby, Oklahoma, incur an indebtedness by issuing its bonds in one or more series in the sum of six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to be issued in series to provide funds for the purpose of constructing improvements to the City's water system, to be owned exclusively by said City, and levy and collect an annual tax, in addition to all other taxes, upon all the taxable property in such district sufficient to pay the interest on such bonds as it falls due and also to constitute a sinking fund for the payment of the principal thereof when due, said bonds to bear interest at not to exceed the rate of ten percent (10%) per year, payable semiannually and to become due serially within fifteen (15) years from their date?

Shall the City of Bixby, Oklahoma, be authorized to levy and assess a City excise tax (sales tax) of one-quarter percent (1/4%) in addition to all other City, County and State excise taxes presently levied or assessed, upon the gross proceeds or receipts derived from all sales taxable under the Oklahoma Sales Tax Code as set out in Ordinance No. 931 of the City, with such revenues to be used for the purpose of paying principal of and interest on general obligation bonds of the City and/or revenue bonds or notes of the Bixby Public Works Authority, with the term of such excise tax not exceeding fifteen (15) years from its effective date, all as more specifically set out in Ordinance No. 931 of said City?

Proposition 6

Shall the City of Bixby, Oklahoma, be authorized to levy and assess a City excise tax (sales tax) of one-quarter percent (1/4%) in addition to all other City, County and State excise taxes presently levied or assessed, upon the gross proceeds or receipts derived from all sales taxable under the Oklahoma Sales Tax Code as set out in Ordinance No. 931 of the City, with such revenues to be used for the purpose of operating, maintaining and improving public parks and recreation facilities of the City, with the term of such excise tax not exceeding fifteen (15) years from its effective date, all as more specifically set out in Ordinance No. 931 of said City?
